

The Portuguese national node was formally accepted to EATRIS in July 2019 and includes 14 specialised centres that have joined the 5 platforms of EATRIS. The coordinating institution between these centres is Infarmed. Portugal was the host of the EATRIS Annual Meeting in early 2020 and Portugese institutions are partners in many projects such as EATRIS-Plus, RECOGNIZE, TRANSVAC2 and EPND.
The National Director of Portugal – Claudia Faria – is the Chair of the Board of National Directors.
