Job description

We’re looking for a motivated Communications Manager to join our team. The position is offered as an initial one-year fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, with the possibility of extension. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and organised professional to help increase the visibility and impact of EATRIS’ activities across Europe, and beyond.

Working closely with the Head of Communications, you will support the delivery of EATRIS’ communications strategy, managing day-to-day content across our digital channels and contributing to major projects, campaigns and publications. You will play an important role in developing engaging content tailored to diverse audiences, from researchers and industry partners to policy-makers, patients and the general public.

This role is ideal for a candidate who enjoys variety: you will shift between writing, digital content creation, social media, stakeholder engagement, and data analysis – all while developing your skills in a supportive environment. If you are enthusiastic about science communication and eager to make an impact at the interface of biomedical research and innovation, we would love to hear from you.

  6. Graphic design: Design visuals for campaigns.
  7. Annual Report contributions: Draft and compile sections for the annual report.
  8. Multimedia content: Support the creation of video assets for projects and events.
