The ERIC Forum Toolkit has launched. The online platform brings together documents, templates and answers to questions about ERICs, including financing, administration, human resources, communication, impact and evaluation. You can access the toolkit here.
EATRIS actively contributed to the development of the ERIC Forum Toolkit by leading one of the core Work Packages (WP) of the ERIC Forum project (2019-2022), focusing on “Operations, Administration, Finance and Human Resources”. The EATRIS-led WP produced many outputs, relevant for both established and future ERICs, and which constitute the main focus of the Toolkit.
The WP delivered webinar programmes and in-depth reports on challenges commonly shared by the ERIC community (e.g. VAT exemption, employment and recruitment, intellectual property) and helped form communities of practice on topics of interest such as gender equality.
The contents of the platform are designed to be helpful to ERICs in different stages of their lifecycle and to Research Infrastructures aspiring to gain ERIC status. It can also be an insightful reading for funders and other interested stakeholders.
