As of November 1st 2015, EATRIS will be leading C-COMEND: Competency-based course on Translational Research and Medicines Development for PhDs and Post-docs, supported by the ERASMUS PLUS funding programme. EATRIS is looking for a part-time training project manager to coordinate the project.

The two-year project will bring together stakeholders from various disciplines in order to develop a course, aimed at PhD students and early Post-Docs, focusing on the skills and competencies required to successfully contribute to translational research and medicines development. Based on a competency profile developed during the project, the course will consist of an e-learning module followed by a face-to-face course.

The consortium, led by EATRIS, includes four additional partners: two higher education institutes: Helmholtz Centre for Infection Research (Germany) and the Medical University of Vienna (Austria); one research institution: Karolinska Institute (Sweden) and one e-learning provider: Elevate (The Netherlands).
