*DUE TO A SITUATION OF “FORCE MAJEURE” WITH THE COVID OUTBREAK THIS WORKSHOP IS CANCELLED*
EATRIS in conjunction with the CORBEL Innovation Helpdesk team is organising a best practice workshop on public-private research collaboration that will take place in Riga, Latvia.
In this 2-day event we will focus on all relevant aspects of setting up such collaborations; from initial contacts through planning and negotiation to completion of legal agreements and project implementation.
In addition to plenary lectures covering various aspects, there will be a use case exercise for participants to work on in teams. This is based on actual experience and serves to highlight opportunities but also pitfalls in setting up collaborations.
The workshop is aiming primarily at the staff of research infrastructures and academic institutions who are or expect to be involved in the organisation and implementation of such collaborative research programmes.
