Euro-BioImaging is organising a second online User Forum on 14 October 2021 from 14:00-17:00 CEST. The topic – after the success of our first User Forum – is “Understanding and Fighting Cancer.” This event will highlight the importance of cutting-edge imaging technologies in support of cancer research and showcase the specific expertise available at the Euro-BioImaging Nodes across Europe through case studies presented in tandem with the research community.
During the first hour, keynote speakers from the biological and biomedical imaging communities will speak about imaging in cancer research. The second part of the event will be dedicated to cutting-edge cancer research carried out at Euro-BioImaging Nodes.
- Jacky G. Goetz, INSERM/University of Strasbourg, on “Nanoscale Tracking of Tumor Metastasis”
- Marty Pagel, MD Anderson Cancer Center, University of Texas, on “Molecular Imaging of the Tumor Microenvironment”
