Bridging Gaps in Clinical Research Inclusive and Decentralized Clinical Trials – EATRIS Portugal Spotlight Event

We are pleased to announce “Bridging Gaps in Clinical Research Inclusive and Decentralized Clinical Trials”, organised by 2CA-Braga, Portugal, on 7 November 2025, as part of the EATRIS Spotlight Programme initiative.

The event will take place exclusively in person at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Minho (Braga, Portugal), bringing together renowned experts to discuss fundamental topics shaping the future of clinical research. This Spotlight event will explore how decentralised and inclusive approaches can transform trial design and implementation, ensuring better representation, accessibility, and trust.

Through interactive lectures and roundtables, participants will address pressing challenges such as data security, engaging participants with limited digital skills, and overcoming barriers faced by marginalised communities.

The event offers a unique opportunity to foster cross-sector collaboration, exchange best practices, and advance innovative solutions in clinical research.
