5th Early Career Researchers’ Conference

Date & Time 24-25 June 2025
Location Online

In its fifth edition, this virtual conference is a great opportunity for early-career researchers to discuss critical aspects of a scientific career in cancer research.

Following the success of the previous conference, this fifth edition will cover the burning questions of young scientists. There will be plenty of chances to turn on your camera and mic, speak directly with the experts, and share experiences with peers.

Who is it for?

The conference is perfect for scientists in the early phase of their career who want to develop a career in cancer research. The programme is tailored for scientists who are transitioning from their PhD or postdoc and wishing to know more about the future ahead and the options available in academia and beyond. If you would like to know more about who the European Association for Cancer Research (EACR) defines as a student or early-career researcher, then see our membership descriptors here.
