ERDERA RE(ACT) & IRDiRC Conference 2025

Date & Time 5-7 March 2025
Location Brussels, Belgium

The 8th RE(ACT) Congress and the 6th IRDiRC Conference will take place from 5-7 March 2025 in Brussels, Belgium. This joint event, hosted by the BLACKSWAN Foundation and the International Rare Diseases Research Consortium (IRDiRC), will provide an invaluable platform for advancing research and fostering collaboration in the field of rare diseases.

The conference brings together scientists, policymakers, industry professionals, patient representatives, and advocacy groups to share the latest research, discuss innovative approaches, and explore policies that can drive progress. The event is also an opportunity to hear directly from patients and advocacy organisations, whose insights and lived experiences provide an essential perspective to these critical discussions.

The RE(ACT) Congress and IRDiRC Conference have a long history of catalysing scientific collaboration and global cooperation in rare disease research. This year’s event will continue that tradition, offering a space for meaningful dialogue and actionable solutions.

The event is organised in collaboration with the European Rare Diseases Research Alliance (ERDERA), Eurordis, and Rare Diseases International (RDI), ensuring broad engagement across the rare disease community. Researchers, clinicians, patients, advocates, and all stakeholders are welcome in Brussels for this event.
