Face-to-face course on Cell and Gene Therapy Development for rare diseases
Are you a rare disease researcher who wants to explore how to develop a cell or gene therapy for rare diseases? Do you want to learn more about the challenges and solutions? This course explains how translation of an idea into a cell or gene therapy that that is accessible and beneficial for patients requires a truly multidisciplinary effort.
HOW DOES THE COURSE WORK?
This course is an interactive 5-day course focused on the key challenges of the advanced therapy medicinal products (ATMPs) development cycle; scientific, manufacturing, reimbursement and regulatory. You will learn from real-life scenarios presented by experts in the field, a group assignment and a board game about ATMP development. Before attending the course, an 8-hour introductory level e-learning course will equip you with the essential knowledge to make the most of the course.
WHO IS THE COURSE FOR?
Professionals in rare diseases including researchers, clinicians, project managers, TTO staff but also late-stage PhD or MD students and early postdocs.

The course will take place from 1-5 June in the Netherlands. The exact location will be announced closer to the date.
