Nigel Wagstaff studied chemistry and worked for over 30 years for Shell in research, technology licensing and intellectual asset management. He then took up a position with the Technology Transfer Office at the Amsterdam VU University and Medical Center, working on licensing and spin off ventures mainly in physics and chemistry until retirement in 2014.
He is currently providing services for the EATRIS work package “accelerating innovation”. Nigel served between 1997 and 2006 on the board of the Licensing Executives Society Benelux. He is a member of the Royal Society of Chemistry (UK).
