After a joint master programme at Institut d’Etudes Politiques (Lille, France) and Aston University (Birmingham, UK) in European Affairs and International Relations, she started working for a consultancy firm helping various organizations to identify relevant EU funding opportunities and draft project proposals. In 2011, she represented the French partnership at the Steering and Monitoring Committees of an EU-funded cross-border programme, Interreg IVA 2 Seas.

Before joining EATRIS, Anne-Charlotte was the International Relations Manager of a non-profit organization and in charge of the management of an EU cooperation project.
