EATRIS ERIC and Reumafonds have initiated a long-term collaboration to advance translational research in rheumatological disorders. Reumafonds, the Netherlands’ most important financier of independent rheumatological research, will make use of the EATRIS Inside programme for supporting their portfolio of translational research projects.
Following a successful pilot together, EATRIS and Reumafonds have formalised their collaboration, allowing Reumafonds to draw upon the expertise and infrastructure residing in EATRIS for the development of projects funded by Reumafonds. This important collaboration is a unique approach to combining multi-disciplinary expertise and capabilities towards the common goal of developing better therapies and diagnostics for a wide range of rheumatological disorders.
