For scientists: executive masters in management research infrastructures

Published 11 April 2017

Have you ever met scientists who are employed to manage people and organisations? This can be a challenge as they may not have the correct competencies, despite being excellent scientists. The project “RItrain, http://ritrain.eu/” – funded by H2020 – addresses this challenge and now offers a master programme in management which is specifically targeted to research infrastructures. The master programme is offered free of charge and is delivered by the University of Milano-Bicocca, Italy with support from the University of Minho, Portugal and Imperial College London, UK. The programme was developed to suit the needs of busy professionals by organising its 60 ECTS into a mixture of face-to-face and online activities held by international faculty and top managers from RIs. The face-to-face modules last 3-4 days and run over 18 months. For more information, download the flyer
