International Conference on Research Infrastructures (ICRI)

Date & Time 19-21 October 2022
Location Brno, Czech Republic & online

Every two years since 2012, the International Conference on Research Infrastructures (ICRI) has hosted about 500 delegates, who discuss topics concerning research infrastructures on the international level. The venue alternates between the EU and third countries, and the event is organised jointly by the European Commission and the host country. The upcoming ICRI in 2022 will take place in Brno, Czech Republic.

The International Conference on Research Infrastructures (RIs) aims to discuss the most challenging issues and pressing needs in research infrastructure policy-making related to both the post-pandemic recovery and the future development of research infrastructures. ICRI 2022 is a global forum encouraging cooperation and discussion on matters of international relevance for RIs.

This year, in addition to #ICRI2022, Brno will also be the venue for the celebration of the 200th anniversary of the birth of the father of genetics, G. J. Mendel.
