Research practices

Conducting effective translational research with the patients in mind requires a change in routine and institutionalised research practices. EATRIS will continue to advocate for renewed responsible research practices which have a greater impact on translating scientific discoveries into patient benefit, notably through offering solutions to the reproducibility challenges in biomedical research, equipping researchers in translational medicine with the knowledge necessary to accelerate innovation, fostering cross-sectoral collaborations, as well as empowering and training patients to be meaningfully engaged in research.
