NeurATRIS

NeurATRIS, the French part of EATRIS, is a consortium of 5 hospitals and public research centers fully dedicated to accelerate the understanding of biological and pathophysiological mechanisms of nervous system development.
NeurATRIS has gathered breakthrough competences and know-hows to achieve translational neurology projects from basic and preclinical research to clinical applications by bringing together:
- Neuroimaging (MRI, PET, SPECT, 3D histology, PET-MRI hybrid, cell imaging platform, etc.),
- Functional assessment (spectroscopy, cognitive and motor behavior, electrophysiology, etc.),
- Neurodegenerative disease models (cell cultures, rodents, non-human primates, etc.),
- Therapeutic approaches (gene and cell therapies, functional neurosurgery, largest patient cohorts, animal and patient bio-collections, etc.)
NeurATRIS, organized as a one-stop network, proposes a range of services and partnerships for the realization of translational projects dedicated to the development of technologies and strategies for diagnosis and therapies of neurological and neurodegenerative diseases (Parkinson’s, Huntington’s, Alzheimer’s diseases and multiple sclerosis).
