Rebecca holds a PhD in Biology at the Max-Planck-Institute for Marine Microbiology. From 2008 till 2010, Rebecca was part of the management team of the EATRIS preparatory phase. She complimented her experience by studying Human Resources Development at the Technical University of Braunschweig and working as an expert in the Education and Training project EMTRAIN.
