Frank de Man is Advisor to the EATRIS Executive Board and Managing Partner of the Human Plus Fund. He is a Master in law, Law School, University of Amsterdam and holds a Ph.D. in health management, Medical Faculty of Groningen University, The Netherlands. He worked at the Netherlands Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sports as Deputy Head of International Affairs, permanent representative for health at the European Union in Brussels and Attaché for Health at the Netherlands Embassy, Washington DC, USA.

Since 1994, Frank has worked as an independent management consultant in the USA and Europe. He was executive director of EATRIS and various other international and NL organisations and visiting lecturer at the Medical Faculty, Leiden University Medical Center, NL, Wharton School of Business, Philadelphia and George Washington University, Washington DC, USA.
